By accessing or using RideReunion.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
RideReunion provides a vehicle tracking and marketplace platform where users can follow vehicles by VIN, create listings, and communicate with sellers and previous owners.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Listings & Content
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. RideReunion does not verify vehicle information and is not liable for inaccuracies. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use RideReunion to engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activity. Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access to the platform is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
RideReunion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including failed transactions or disputes between users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
